"I was involved in a car accident. Called and spoke to Shelly told her what happen and that I was not at fault. I asked what was I to do. Shelly told me I had to call the insurance company and let them handle it. I said what's the agent for Don't you call the other insurance company for me and start the process with using my coverage and retrieve the money back with the other company? She told me no. First, this accident traumatized me, second, I was in pain, third, I didn't have the energy to deal with what had happen. Not only that Shelly didn't even asked if I was okay. That was 3 days ago. Today, I get text messages from State Farm 800 number asking me to contact them and here's your claim number. I told them what had happen then asked if that was protocol? The rep said no first they should say we can take care of getting you a rental and get your car to a body shop and you have medical to see doctor and get referred for test or whatever I need. The second way is by calling the other person insurance and getting them to get me the rental and take care of my property. I was not offered this by the agent office. I also let her know how unhappy I was with this agent unconcerned."
