"I was involved in a car accident. Called and spoke to Shelly told her what happen and that I was not at fault. I asked what was I to do. Shelly told me I had to call the insurance company and let them handle it. I said what's the agent for Don't you call the other insurance company for me and start the process with using my coverage and retrieve the money back with the other company? She told me no. First, this accident traumatized me, second, I was in pain, third, I didn't have the energy to deal with what had happen. Not only that Shelly didn't even asked if I was okay. That was 3 days ago. Today, I get text messages from State Farm 800 number asking me to contact them and here's your claim number. I told them what had happen then asked if that was protocol? The rep said no first they should say we can take care of getting you a rental and get your car to a body shop and you have medical to see doctor and get referred for test or whatever I need. The second way is by calling the other person insurance and getting them to get me the rental and take care of my property. I was not offered this by the agent office. I also let her know how unhappy I was with this agent unconcerned."

"I LOVE this insurance firm! Evan Dias at Tonia's firm helped me get a more than reasonable quote, and I signed up! Evan is extremely professional, with an amazing attitude, extremely friendly and helpful! Other insurance companies wanted to charge me between $400-$500/month for my Jeep Cherokee Latitude, whereas here at this firm is just over $200/month! The sad part is I have nothing on my driving record. I'm extremely satisfied with Evan and Tonia's insurance firm. "This review is about the A—Mazing Evan Dias. I'm going to be honest, I stumbled into the State Farm family and Evan was there to catch me. After a frustrating call with Progressive (about my commercial auto policy going up over $1000 at the renewal), I searched "commercial auto quotes near me," put my contact info into some random form and went on about my night. The next morning Evan called. And to be honest, the minute he told me he was from State Farm I politely told him that I don't think he's going to be able to help. See, a few years ago I got quotes from State Farm but they were the highest. So overtime I wrote them off. But Evan simply replied to my rebuttal, "Are you open to seeing what we can do. And if you don't like the quotes, it's not a problem." I answered sure, I mean what was the harm? That rebuttal led me to switching all of my coverages (home, personal auto, business auto, personal umbrella, commercial umbrella) over to State Farm. Not only do I have better auto and home coverages, I SAVED over a $1000 combined. Evan was so thorough. He made recommendations for specific additional coverages and explained to me why he felt it was important. It didn't feel like some type of "upsell." He genuinely understood my needs, potential risk areas, and wanted to close any gaps. And what the hay, even with the additional coverages I stilled saved money. Insurance isn't "fun" or "sexy." It's something we have to get but having an agent that is engaged as Evan made the experience, dare I say, enjoyable. (As cheesy as it may sounds, it truly felt like a good neighbor. ) I am fully protected now with State Farm. I just hope I never need them."
