"We are very satisfied with the service provided by Ms. Kiser's agency. Each time we have met with them the staff, Evan or Shelly, they have taken the time to listen to our concerns and have anticipated our questions. They have sought out and explained all the various discounts that can be applied to our homeowners and auto policies. They have also provided an informative overview of trends in the personal lines insurance marketplace here in Georgia and nationwide. For example, they recommended keeping our uninsured motorists' coverage because the percentage of motorists in Georgia who are uninsured is well above the national average of 11%. So far, we have been satisfied with State Farm at the corporate level. Their claims department promptly and successfully subrogated our auto claim with insurer of a motorist that collided with one of our cars. Although we did not need the assistance of Tonia's staff with this claim it is good to know we have had a chance to develop a relationship with them before a larger or more complicated claim may have to be made in the future."

"I’ve been customer at this location since 2013. Over the last decade, Tonia and her staff treated me like family. Recently, I was contacted by one of her staff members Mechelle. Mechelle reviewed my policy and explained how I could save more money with a few changes to my policy. Thank you Mechelle for being so caring and knowledgeable about saving me additional money. This is why I continue, to give Tonia’s office my business and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for that true State Farm experience to do the same. Ask for Tonia or Mechelle 🙂"

"Santha Gibson was SO helpful in helping me to figure out the billing on my (deceased) sister's account. It took extra effort to track down answers to my questions and address my concerns. She was also sympathetic regarding the loss of my precious, God-given sister. My sister's account is in a different state from my residence and she did everything on line whereas I am a paper bill person. The interaction has helped to diffuse residual frustration with the State Farm representatives I needed to deal with 45 years ago in New Mexico."
